JOB OVERVIEW
City Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Senior Technical Manager to work for a Food Manufacturing business on a permanent basis.
Salary for this role is Negotiable and dependant on experience.
This is an onsite, Monday to Friday, 9-5pm role.
THE ROLE
You will be lead and direct the Quality and Technical team onsite plus develop all strategy around QA and Technical in partnership with SMT.
As a Technical Manager will drive a culture of improvement and quality throughout the business. Manage the day to day running of all the operational technical aspects of the company's quality management systems, effectively & professionally managing a team of 4 including a Technical Assistant & QA's
Implementing and maintaining all robust HACCP systems for all processes to assure product safety, quality and legality in line with all current food legislation, packaging, FIR labelling, raw material and finished product.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience of working within food manufacturing
Qualified in Food safety, food hygiene and HACCP to level 3, 4
High care / High risk processes experience plus strong HACCP, BRC, GMP, CI, LEAN & Team development skills
