JOB OVERVIEW
City Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Manging Director to work for an established company with amazing futuristic growth plans.
Salary for this role is £90k-£130k negotiable, dependant on experience.
This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday fulltime.
THE ROLE
Maintain a good technical knowledge of operations; follow the escalation process to address and respond to abnormalities and recommend corrective action as required
Lead on all cross functional departments including Sales,
To ensure fair and consistent administration of all policies, work rules and processes
Continuous Improvement, Implementing
Implement initiatives that focus on meeting growing business needs.
Cost improvement.
Maintain open communication with all internal and external customers of the business.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments.
Ensure that all employees are adequately trained and qualified before being placed in position.
Verify that company policies, including safety and housekeeping, are enforced consistently.
